Step 1: As a new client you will either call or e-mail Kennel Busters about your pet sitting needs. We are usually able to respond the same day to all inquiries.

Step 2: A representative from Kennel Busters will ask you some questions about the needs of your pet such as: 

                                     - Breed, Age, Size

                                     - Name of Pet

                                     - Allergies and Medications

                                     - Up to date vaccinations

                                     - Does your pet get along with other dogs, kids and cats?

                                     - Veterinarians contact information

                                     - Your contact information

                                     - Where does your pet like to sleep at night

                                     - And any other important information for your pets stay

Step 3: Based on the information you provide and where you live, the representative will decide on a pet sitter that meets your pets individual needs. For example, if your dog does not get along with other animals we will be able to place your pet individually in a home. Similarly, if you pet is not used to toddlers, we will provide a toddler free environment.  We have a range of homes to meet your needs.

Step 4: Kennel Busters will give you the opportunity to set up a time to visit the pet sitter in order to discuss your pets stay and see if it is the right fit for both you and the pet sitter.

Step 5: After the visit, call Kennel Busters to let them know if you are satisfied with the arrangement.  Confirm final details such as drop off time and pick up time with representative.

Step 6: When preparing to drop off your pet to the pet sitters home, we have created a checklist of items to bring for your pets stay.
